GENERAL INFO

The Villas is located in the village Xirokampi just 20km out of the city of Chania and 4km from the beautiful beach of MALEME.The newly built Villa with marvelous view to the sea and is located in an olive forest. It is made of rock and wood just like the old traditional cretan way and is in harmony with the natural environment. The villa has been built in an area of 1000 square feet having its own pool.

ACCOMMODATION

The 2 floor villa, 140 square meters, can habitate 6 to 8 individuals. In the basement there is the living room with a fireplace, TV & Satellite, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerate, kitchen, washing machine, microwave oven etc ), 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
On the upper floor there is a third bedroom, a bathroom and two big balconies. Next to the villa there is one swimming pool m^2, barbecue and our traditional wood oven as well as our private parking place.
The exterior area is surrounded with many olive trees as well as other trees and plants of biological agriculture.
