3 villas complex in Skiathos

In the heart of the deeply planted Katsaros hill, are located the three maisonettes of our complex. All three of them glance the horizon and the bright sea.

Every villa is characterized by its large windows and doors which let vast amounts of light to come into. The southern area on which the villas are built, takes advantage even of the last second of day while the nightfall follows. From this point it charms its occupants with the golden colours which give their place to first darkness of the night.

Entering into the top floor of these lovely two-storey houses, the large open-planned space of 35sqm includes a huge twin bed with ensuite bathroom and a sea facing balcony. Downstairs on the ground floor, you will find a modern fully equipped kitchen, dining area with a big wooden dining table and a living room with comfortable sofas and a cozy fire place.

Sofas at night may become one double and one single bed so, up to five persons per house, can sleep. You can also find a beautiful relaxing luxurious bathroom with bath.

Ground floor leads to a spacious sea facing veranda with exceptional view. 2 of the villas have the exclusive use of two private swimming pools (3, 5x7x1, 5m each for every house) with great sea view.

The decoration and the design of the villas are based on the calm notes and the relaxedness that resting area requires. We believe that this way we will satisfy anyone who does not like impersonal and crowded accommodations, in noisy huge hotels.

The Skiathos Villas will charm those who adore sandy beaches. Small boats depart every morning from Skiathos port to the most famous beaches of Skiathos (total of 69 beaches), which combine the gold of the sand with the blue of the sky and the sea and wait to refresh and entertain you.

The complex is being developed in the nature, away from the noises of the city, for relaxation and rest with respect to your private moments as every villa is completely independent with separate entrance.

Romantic Environment Day and Night
Living at the Villa, green and blue are the main colours, while the horizon is open to see the stars and the moon away from the annoying lighting-pollution of the city. The lights of the village barely tremble in the edge of the horizon.
