It is a newly renovated luxurious villa with minimal decoration, extending in a garden area of 1000 m. The multicoloured garden with trees, and aromatic plants, the mild climate and the seductive views make it for holidays all year round.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning, Internet connection as well as satellite TV. Villa 'THALIA' also provides a swimming pool (width: 8.5 height: 12.5m maximum depth: 2.6m) and 5 bedrooms.

The Veranda extends around two sides of the villa and comprises an open and a covered section. The open section has a swimming pool and a pool-side shower. The veranda also incorporates a Barbecue area. This is more aptly described Open Air Kitchen It has a wood-fired barbeque and work surfaces.

The 1000 sp.metres of gardens extend around the house, with pine tries, lawns and shrubs in abundance.

There is a gardener, who tends the swimming pool. The villas are cleaned twice a week. All linen and towels are included and are changed twice a week.
