Kitchen: fully equiped kitchen with hob, oven, extractor, hood, sink, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. Full range of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery

Utility room: washing machine and iron/ironing board

Living rooms: dining / living room is open plan to kitchen, large dining table, chairs, sofas, tv, dvd and coffee table. Terrace has lounge set for relaxing

Outside: the private garden has a large outside terrace with pool. Coast/beach: Milatos beach is 5 min drive, Sisi beach is 7 min drive. The large famous sun beach at Malia is 10 min drive. All beaches have sun beds/parasols, toilets, showers, first aid and bars

Cleaning - towels - linen - maid service - bath - beachtowels are included. The villa has a washing machine an iron/ironing board. Cod and high chair are available. The villa is secured with alarm system.
