The Villa is located a bit further up on the hill. Either inside or outside the villa one can enjoy a fantastic view that combines a mountain with small villages the plain and the sea.The villa has a dinning area and lounge where there is a fireplace and a great view of the mountain Zeus. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooker and electric stove, dishwasher, fridge and freezer coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary kitchen utensils. There are three air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with a single bed and one with two single beds. They share one en suite bathroom.

Outdoors the swimming pool is located between olive trees, gardens with grass and a roofed built with rocks sitting area ideal for breakfast or dinner and reading. Outside the kitchen and the lounge one can enjoy the unique view with the scents of the mountain.
The villa ia located at the centre of the island so you can enjoy the best of the nature, history, culture and the climate of the island (water sports, arts, architecture and traditional cooking) since transportation is easy and fast to any destination of the island.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 single and 1 cots. The property also has 1 single sofa bed. This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

eating & living :
There is room for 5 in the living room and 5 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer. The owner has also provided glassware, cooking utensils.
