50 sqm villa in Chania

GENERAL INFO

The villa complex is located in Chorafakia, on the Akrotiri Peninsula, close to Chania.
It is set on a plot of 8.500 sq m very close to the sea. Each villa has its own balcony surrounded by beautiful gardens with stunning views of the blue Cretan sea.
The whole plot is surrounded by olive and pine trees including a productive vineyard. There are 6 villas of two bedrooms of 50 sq m each and accommodates 2-5 persons. There is a magnificent swimming pool of 100 sq m and a children swimming pool of 26 sq m and private parking for our holiday makers.

ACCOMODATION

The villas are very spacious and well equipped to make your stay comfortable and pleasant.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary items such as plates, casseroles, cooking utensils, cutlery, etc. There is also a communal washing machine.
We provide welcoming hamper including bottled water, bread, fruits, milk, tea, coffee, jam and other seasonal items from our gardens. Everything to make your first day as comfortable as possible.
The villas are serviced twice a week which includes clean linen and bathroom towels.
For young children we can provide a cot, a high chair and we have many children toys to keep them happy.

LOCATION

On the Akrotiri Peninsula there are several beautiful sandy beaches with crystal clear blue seas. There are many local tavernas serving authentic Cretan food and drink. There are also many other attractions such as:

• In the summer there are a lot of activities and musical events that are organized by the state.
