If one follows the narrow winding road from the square, he will eventually come across the welcoming doors of the Mansion. Situated on a hill top, overlooking the surrounding vineyards, the village of Megalohori and the sparkling Aegean in the distance, this harmonic dwelling offers stupendous, all – encompassing views.

Upon entering into the courtyard, which is hand - laid by local craftsmen in the traditional "Plakoto" – cobblestone paved style, one sees that this mansion affords three separate living areas, two in the ground floor and one in the first, connected by an outside stone flight of stairs.

There is also a recently added extravagant infinity swimming pool and sun deck, made entirely by volcanic rock, where the guests can relax in a beautiful scenery, which is illuminated in a dramatic way during night-time, offering an unforgettable experience.

The serenity of the mansion’s sculpture is evident the moment one enters the barn – door on the ground floor which leads you into a compact fully equipped kitchen. Original archways lead through into the magnificent master bedroom with a domed ceiling. An extravagant en - suite bathroom features a large Jacuzzi and separate shower.

Starting again from the beautiful courtyard, original wooden doors lead into the spacious second double bedroom, which also features an en-suite comfortable second bathroom.

The first floor of this Mansion offers an expansive large terrace, perfect for outside dining, with panoramic views of the surrounding area. Inside, original wooden floors have been restored.

The many windows on the upper level of this property allow for brightness and airiness as the beautiful light of the Cyclades seeps through.

The comfortable double bedroom on this floor boasts views overlooking the vineyards to one side and the Seas of the Aegean to the other.

A dressing room leads into the spacious bathroom with Jacuzzi and separate restroom. The cleverly designed open - plan kitchen and well appointed living area allow for casual entertaining.

Combined, this Villa can accommodate up to 6 guests. The Mansion provides a perfect base for those wanting to explore the many different facets of the island of Santorini.

INCLUDED IN THE RATES ARE:

Transfers - We will meet you at the port or airport and transfer your party to the villa. On your departure date, our transfer company will collect you and transfer you to the port or airport. Kindly advice us of your arrival / departure time, flight number or name of ferry.

Car Rental - One manual car rental is provided for your use whilst on the island. The vehicle provided by our agents is usually a 5 seat hatch back, which is very well suited to the narrow roads of the island. Kindly ensure that you have a valid drivers licence for Greece. Third party insurance & unlimited kilometers are included.

Housekeeper - Our housekeeper will service the villa daily. We provide fresh towels every day and linen is changed after every 3rd night.

Concierge Service - Our concierge is available during your stay to add to your enjoyment of the island with suggestions on what to do, where to eat & other hidden treasures of our lovely island.

The village of Megalochori

Megalochori (9.5 km from Fira) is a rock village dug into the bed of a torrent in the interior of the island that is know to have existed since at least the middle of the 17th century.

A small place (the name means "Big Village") but with a lively community, old mansions, restored canavas and numerous churches.

A picturesque settlement definitely worth a visit!
