ACCOMODATION

On entering the villa, one is instantly aware of the quality of finish and standards of Architectural design.

This brand new villa of 185sqm is well laid out with the attractive entrance on the first floor.

After the entrance lobby, here you will find two spacious double bedrooms and a smaller bedroom with two beds a large bathroom with a full size bath and shower, sink and toilet. 

The two double bedrooms have direct access onto a large first floor balcony/terrace.The balcony offers up the exquisite views of the Tzortzi Ghialos bay and beach. There are external stairs offering a convenient way down to the lower terrace and swimming pool.

On the ground floor there is toilet/washroom. One further double en-suite bedroom, with French windows onto its own private side terrace. 

Further on we enter the dining room and separate living room, both areas have access via French windows onto the large terrace, enabling convenient internal or an al-fresco dining experience, beneath the covered wooden pergola. The kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances, consisting of cooker and hob, fridge freezer and a washing machine.

The dining room has a large dining table comfortably seating 8, the living room with a TV and Hi-Fi is furnished to a high quality with 1 divan sofa a second triple seater sofa and coffee table and bookshelves display cases with the whole area illuminated with hi quality recessed low voltage display and mood lighting. 

Apart from offering the jaw dropping view of Tzortzi Ghialos beach, the external covered terrace directly overlooks the 10 meter long swimming pool and sunbathing area with sun loungers and parasols. 

On the terrace is a large diningtable and chairs, at night this area is swathed in colourful relaxing mood lighting making the nighttime experience almost as pleasurable as the day. To complete this, at the end of the terrace is a BBQ.

The pool area with the sunbathing terrace can also be a day or night experience as the planter and surround lighting and swimming pool lights set the scene for atmospheric relaxing bathing, or a romantic swim under the light from the stars.

They are south facing and with a delightful view of Tzortzi Ghialos beach, which is only a 10 or 15 minute walk away.

Just around the headland from the Villas, Leftos Ghialos is a beautiful little cove with a shingle beach. With 3 excellent tavernas the 1st of which serves the famous homemade Alonissos pies

Kokkinokastro beach
Site of the ancient capital of the Island, Ikos with its red cliffs and sandy beaches.

Steni Vala, Fishing Village
The enchanting little fishing village of Steni Vala offers excellent seafood dishes in a relaxed setting.
