The property of 6.5 acres hosts the beautiful brand new two-storied Villa of 250m²,
equipped with all the comforts you'll need for your vacations.
In the ground floor, the living room, the dining room, the kitchen and several auxiliary rooms as well as a WC can be found.
You can enjoy moments of leisure in front of the fireplace, by watching the LCD cable television
or even your favorite movie on the DVD player.
The kitchen is ready to satisfy all of your gastronomical appetites,
since it is equipped with all the state of the art appliances you may need.
In the upper floor, 4 large bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with hydro massage can be found. All the rooms have a double beds, big closets, air conditioning and TV, whilst they have access to the grand veranda with the magnificent view. The Villa offers hot water 24 hours a day through the sun boiler. During the winter the temperature is controlled with the in-floor heating system. There's also a safe to keep your valuable belongings.
The outer space offers large verandas with majestic views to the White Mountains (Lefka Ori) and to the olive groves of the area. You can enjoy your coffee on the comfortable chairs, while cooling out to the large 5x8 meters swimming pool. There's also a smaller pool nearby for you children's safe swimming and a tennis court. A barbeque awaits you for your outdoor cooking as well! The spacious parking lot can keep your cars and your friends' too!
