The village is located at the edge of peninsula Gramvousa, near at Kissamos, 45 minutes away from Chania and it fascinates with its natural beauties and with one of the best beaches of Greece. This is where FALASSARNA Apartments are located, 300 meters away from the beautiful beaches with the crystal water.

Falassarna Apartments are located at Falassarna ( at the village Platanos of the minicipality of Kissamos, of the prefecture of Chania ) at the Western Crete, 55 Km away from Chania.

The buildings of the apartments finished at the year 1998. Here, anyone can enjoy comfortable vacations from April to November every year.
The Falassarna Apartments are located to two independent two-floors buildings, they are surrounded by a beautiful garden with flowers and bushes, in an area of 6 quarters of an acre.

All apartments are "air-conditioned" (cool-heat) with nice balconies and verandas with open sea view.

The apartments of accommodations are fully equipped with refrigerator, kitchen, and coffee pot and generally with all the necessary equipment.
We change the sheets and towels every three days.

Type Β: Six apartments of 35 square meters each, for 2 - 4 people with one bedroom with double bed, kitchen, sofas that can be converted to beds, WC and veranda with view at the sea.
Three of the apartments are located at the basement and the rest at the first floor.

Near the area are many restaurants (taverns). The nearest is only 50 meters away, the nearest mini market is 150 metres away.
You can find restaurants, super markets and a few shops at the village Platanos, 3Km away.

LOCATION AND SIGHTSEEING
Falasarna is the western village of Crete, 18 Km away from Kisamos (seat of the municipality) and 55 Km away from Chania.
The village is located at the virgin West Coast, which is ideal for vacations of relaxation and revival.

The large natural bay with the extensive sandy beaches and the mountainous mass full of olives, create a wonderful environment.
The ruins of ancient "Falassarna", which was the port of ancient "Polyrinia", are 300 meters away from the sea, around the agricultural extents.

The safely location of the port, the fortified towers, the archaeological discoveries, demonstrate that the ancient town was an important marine and commercial centre.
After the first archaeological discoveries, there are preserved:
- The Hellenistic port with the fortified towers.
- The ancient quarry.
- The sculpted throne.
- Cube-shape graves.

The area is suitable for walking, excursions to traditional villages, near-by beaches, archeological sites, at Chania, at canyons etc.

The endless beach.
Gramvousa and Balos.
Elafonisi and the monastery of Chrysoskalitsa. The canyon of Samaria.
