Our two luxurious villas are situated above the Agia Pelagia bay, offering you a marvelous view and interior comforts that will cover all your needs. The luxurious and spacious Villa can host six (6) persons, offering them all the modern conveniences demanded by today´s daily life.

Each villa offers:

Facilities
Both villas, built in one floor, offer a lovely combination of the traditional architecture with the modern amenities in order to satisfy even the most demanding guests.

Two spacious and well-appointed bedrooms, an open-plan sitting area (fireplace, elegant furniture, TV and air-condition), a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen (cooker, microwave oven, fridge, multi coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine), and a private bathroom are provided in each villa.

Outside, the guests can enjoy a large courtyard which offers two seperate swimming pools with two kids pools, sun loungers and patio furniture, as well as large verandas overlooking the magnificent Agia Pelagia bay. At the back side of each villa a big courtyard with outdoor barbeque facilities and parking area are also provided.

Location
We are just 26 km from the Heraklion International Airport and 22 km from Heraklion's port and city center. It is a short drive, which means that you can join us in a few minutes.

Aghia Pelagia, where you can find two wonderful beaches, is 4 km away.

Here it is up to you to choose how you want to spend your holidays.

You will find tranquility and serenity, enjoying the hospitality of the region and its people, along with all the modern tourist amenities of the highest quality. Restaurants, Fish Taverns, Cafés, Bars, an Organized Beach and a more solitary one, and an intense nightlife, all are at your disposal.

Five (8) km away is the village and beach of Fodele, where the world- famous painter Dominicos Theotocopoulos (El Greco) was born.

The Lygaria beach, 4 km from the Villas, and the picturesque villages of Rogdia and Achlada, just a breath away, are ideal destinations for excursions and relaxation. A lot of Monasteries and Caves of an immense Archaeological value wait to be discovered by you and to make you feel overwhelmed, when you learn about their History.

We will just indicate the Savvatiana Monastery and the Melidoni Cave, two proximate and very interesting destinations for a day trip.
A daily walk in the area around the villas will become part of your daily routine, as a walk in the fresh mountain air will vitalize you, while the images from the stunning view will remain unforgettable. Rare species of plants, flowers and herbs, growing in the area will add a special color to your walks!
