The Mountain Resort is located 1km away from the village Anogia. Anogia is a mountain village with 2500 permanent residents and is 55 km away from the Rethymno and 36 km from the Heraklion.

The Mountain Resort consist of 13 cosy rooms, elegantly decorated that offer a delightful stay to the visitor.

All rooms have fireplace, Jacuzzi, veranda with view of the snowy peaks of "Psiloritis" mountain, which is the highest mountain and also a trademark of Crete. Also, the hotel offers two rooms for people with physical disabilities as well as two non-smoking rooms.

Exterior

While the interior of hotel is characterized by calmness and elegance in the exterior the wild beauty of Cretan landscape dominates. The natural elements are combined in harmony with all kinds of aromatic herbs, that can be found planted along the stone paths. The visitor has the opportunity to learn about plants like thyme, lavender, sage, fennel, mint, spearmint etc. with a simple walk around the 1400 year old lake.

In order to admire the view, the best place is the observatory, which is the highest point of the resort and ideal for moments of relaxation and calmness. The traditional cafe, that can be found next to the beautiful lake, is offered in order the visitor tastes the homemade brews, desserts and raki, all made with great care.
