The property is located on the Hill of Schinia, in the Laggada Region close to the village of Makrigialos, in the South-East part of the island of Crete and can offer all comforts of a luxurious holiday residence in combination with the simplicity and generosity of the Cretan hospitality to its visitors.

The domain is comprised of four newly constructed Maisonettes (villas) and two Bungalows which are ready to host the ones who seek the pleasure of the Cretan wild beauty and relax in the view of the Mediterranean Sea.

The houses are built with the white regional stone, which matches perfectly with the surrounding landscape. The combination of the stone walls with the wooden furniture and the timber ceilings constitute an elegant decoration of the interiors which can provide at the same time coolness during the summer and warmth during winter.

Each villa can accommodate up to 5 people and consists of 2 bedrooms with a balcony with a panoramic view of the surrounding area and the beach.
