The villa is located on the Hill of Schinia, in the Lagada Region close to the village of Makrigialos in the South-East part of the island of Crete and can offer all comforts of a luxurious holiday residence in combination with the simplicity and generosity of the Cretan hospitality to its visitors.
The domain is comprised of four newly constructed Maisonettes (villas) and two Bungalows which are ready to host the ones who seek the pleasant of the Cretan wild beauty and relax in the view of the Mediterranean Sea.

ACCOMODATION

The houses are built with the white traditional stone, which matches perfectly with the surrounding landscape. The, combination of the stone walls with the wooden furniture and the timber ceiling constitute an elegant decoration of the interior which can provide at the same time coolness during the summer and warmth during winter.
Each of the four villas and the two of the bungalows can accommodate up to 5 people and consists of two bedrooms with a balcony (off the master bedroom on the upper floor for the villas, off the living room for the bungalows), with α panoramic view of surrounding area and the beach, living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and a terrace area bathroom with shower, W/C (and hair dryer ), air condition in each room and 32" LCD flat Panel TV.
The villa provides optionally wireless connection to the internet and bikes for rides around the village the nearby mountain and the beaches.
