Located on the foot of a lush green valley, offering total privacy but on the same time being only 1 minute drive away from the marvellous long sandy beach of crystal clear turquoise water, "Kathisma Beach" and 1,5 minutes drive from the famous for its imposing beauty "Aghios Nikitas Beach", "Ionian Villas", 2 totally independent two-floor villas have been designed to offer comfort, convenience and modest luxury to the precious holiday moments of big families and group of friends!

"Siggis" zone, as well known by local people, on the north west coast of Lefkas is home to an abundance of leisure facilities and picturesque views, while rugged cliffs, rocky coves and harmoniously exposed shorelines are a magnet for the more adventurous.

Description - Facilities

On the first floor, there is a fully equipped and furnished open space of kitchen-dinning room decorated in such a manner to respect your needs.

The marble steps lead you to the 2 bedrooms of 3 person capacity each. Two bathrooms, one at each floor, are provided.

Enjoy moment of calmness on the spatious balconies with a view to the mountain on the northeast side and to the Ionian sea on the northwest, while in front of you 2 swimming pools will be waiting for you.

Villas are built in luxuriant green surrounding with plants, flowers, olive trees while the wooden oven and the bbqs at your entire disposal constitute the necessary setting for unforgettable holidays on our promising island - jewel of the Ionian Sea.

Each villa includes one swimming pool and one bbq . Wooden oven belongs to the one of them and therefore is used upon agreement .
