The outdoor space of every villa, which is in direct access with the down floor, is settled with cahoots-stone and has big surface with many spaces for every use. Side table and chairs in small corners, a saloon made of bamboo and bananas sheet, garden with a variety of plants and discreet lighting at night.

In the whole block there are spectacular gardens with relative vegetation. There is the Mexican garden with cactus-plants, the Mediterranean garden with mediterranean vegetation, and the Tropical garden with phoenix like plants. In the down floor there are a kitchen, a dining room and a living room fully equipped with all the electrical devices and furniture, a small WC, a staircase that leads to the upper floor and an external storeroom.

In the equipment are included satellite television, radio, and a home cinema.

In both floors there are wide openings to the external spaces for absolute view from inside the house, all with electrical rollers for protection of the sun.

At the edge of external space there is a pool with a wonderful view to the sea while you are swimming.

Outside the pool there are deckchairs and wooden umbrellas for sun protection and decoration.
