Villas complex in Chania

The beautiful complex is located in the residential area of Fillipo, a few kilometers (3 klm) from the well known village of Vrisses.

An excellent resort if peace and quiet is what you are looking for, combined with a touch of traditional luxury.

The distance from the cosmopolitan area of Georgioupolis, known for it's amazing blue beaches, is 10 kilometers. Chania city is 35 klm. away and Rethymno city about 30 klm. away.

The distance from the National Airport of Chania is 40 klm., and 28 klm. for Souda ferry harbour.siko

Vrisses is a well known village, not only for it's size, but for it's hospitality as well. Here you will find a bank, a pharmacy, a super market, a post office, an internet cafe, many tavernas and bakeries as well as a local doctor

Description

Each villa is 70 sqm.

They all have a fully furnished kitchen with a large refrigerator, stove and oven, and all the necessary electrical appliances such as a toaster, coffee machine, boiler, mixer and juice machine.

The kitchen area is connected with a large arched doorway leading to a very comfortable living room. Each living room has 2 sofas (which are also beds), a television and a fireplace for all those romantic evenings.

The bedroom in each villa has a large size bed, closet area and a balcony.

And finally, each of the Villas have a beautiful bathroom with bath-tub, cupboards and washing machine.

All the villas are equipped with air-conditioning, providing cool temperatures during the warm summers and warmth during the winter season.

The complex has three swimming pools.

One pool of 58 sqm. is shared by 2 villas and the remaining pools are all individually used by the corresponding villas.

The private pools is situated at the far end of the property overlooking a beautiful green valley, and scattered villages. At the end of the valley you can see the beach of Georgioupolis.

All four Villas are built on an area of 4 acres, with a rock paved ground leading to all the individual areas.

The whole property has many trees and flowers. You can also enjoy a nice walk through the green paths located in the area.

Even during winter you can marvel at the snow covered mountains of the "White Mountains of Crete".
